  3. The exercise is pretty much the same as the previous one, except you need to "wiggle" your head horizontally, slightly, about 2 cm in each direction, like saying "no" for 2 minutes.
  4. Just sit with your back straight and your head slightly forward. Slight incline to the sides, in small increments, for 2 minutes.
